About Lumio

Lumio was founded in 2019 by two former freelancers who were tired of chasing payments from a spreadsheet. It is made in the EU by a small team in Lisbon.

What we build

One thing: the money side of a small business. Invoices, online payments, reminders and payouts, in a tool that takes an afternoon to learn. More than 12,000 freelancers and small teams use it.

How we charge

A free plan for your first 5 invoices a month, two paid plans, and a few add-ons. No setup fees and no contracts. The pricing page has every number.

We run three kinds of video appointment: a getting-started call, a migration workshop for people moving from another tool, and a Team plan demo for companies.
