Why the sender matters

An e-mail asking for money from an address the client does not know is the kind that ends up in the spam folder, or gets ignored. Your company address is recognised, trusted and opened.

How to set it up

Enter your domain in the account settings and we show you three DNS records to add where your web address is registered. Once they are found, usually within minutes, every invoice, reminder and receipt uses your address.

Better delivery

The DNS records prove to mail servers that Lumio is allowed to send on your behalf. That authentication is what keeps invoice e-mails out of spam.

What the limit means

The limit counts per account, not per person. On a Team plan every seat sends from the same company address ending, each colleague under their own name, and replies go to whoever sent the invoice.
