Take a picture or forward an e-mailed receipt to your private Lumio address. Each one becomes a single line that you can correct, categorise and attach to a client project.

Categories your accountant expects

Travel, software, equipment, meals, office costs: pick from a short list or add your own. At the end of the quarter, export every expense with its picture as CSV and PDF.

Recharge a cost to a client

Bought something for a project? Tick the expense and it is added as a line on that client's next invoice, with the proof of purchase attached.

Monthly limit

The add-on reads up to 200 receipts per month, which covers nearly every freelancer and most small studios. Anything above that can still be entered by hand.
