What we import

Your client list with addresses and VAT numbers, and up to 3 years of invoices with their numbers, dates, amounts and paid status. Your numbering continues where it stopped.

How it works

Upload the file from the account settings. We check it, send you a short list of anything unclear, then run the import. Nothing is sent to your clients during a migration.

Not the same as the workshop

The migration workshop is a separate, free 90-minute video appointment, booked through the chat assistant, where we show how to do the move yourself. Guided migration is the paid service in which our team runs the import for you; you do not need one to have the other.

One-off price, clear refund

It is paid once, not every month. The fee is refunded in full until we start importing the data; once the import has started it is not refunded.

Do it yourself instead

A CSV import is part of every plan if you prefer to do it alone. The guided service needs a Pro or Team plan; see all add-ons or the pricing page.
