Write it like an invoice

A quote uses the same editor as an invoice: client, line items, totals and an expiry date. Add your terms or a short proposal text above the signature block, and attach a brief or a drawing if the job needs one.

Signed in two clicks

The client opens the link, types their name and confirms. You both receive the signed PDF with the date and time of the signature.

From signature to invoice

Convert an accepted proposal into an invoice for the full amount, or into a deposit invoice for a share of it and a balance later.

Why it prevents disputes

A signature is the record of what was agreed before the work started: scope, price and payment terms. When a project grows, send a second document for the extra work instead of arguing about it afterwards. It is the first step of our late payment guide.
