Lumio Starter: the free plan for your first clients

Starter is free for your first 5 invoices a month, for as long as you like. It is made for freelancers who are just getting started and send a handful of invoices.

What Starter includes

• 1 user and up to 5 invoices per calendar month
• A Pay now button on every invoice, with card payments and bank transfers
• Payouts within 2 business days
• Export of invoices, clients and payments as CSV and PDF
• E-mail support, with a reply within 3 business days

What it leaves out

Recurring invoices, automatic payment reminders and add-ons belong to the paid plans. Invoices you did not use in a month are not carried over to the next one.

What it costs when you get paid

The plan itself is free. A client's card payment costs 1.4 % plus 0.25 € for EU and UK cards; a bank transfer costs nothing.

When to move up

If you regularly reach the monthly limit, Lumio Pro removes it and adds reminders and recurring invoices. If you work with other people, look at Lumio Team. Both have a 14-day free trial, and all plans are compared on the pricing page.
