Lumio Team Annual: the Team plan billed yearly, per seat

The Team plan, paid once a year for each seat. A year costs ten times the monthly price, so every seat gets two months free, and your agency has one bill to approve instead of twelve.

What is included

Everything in Lumio Team: 2 to 25 seats, roles, a shared client list, the team dashboard, the API and support replies within 4 business hours.

Adding a seat during the year

A seat added part-way through the year is charged pro rata until the renewal date, then renews with the others. A seat you remove stays usable until the end of the year already paid.

Refunds

An annual payment is refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of the payment. After 30 days it is not refunded, in whole or in part.

Budgeting for an agency

One yearly charge is easier to plan than a monthly one that moves with headcount. The renewal date is shown in the account settings, and a price change is announced at least 45 days before it applies.
